Nathanael Pickett is the founder of Inspired Safety and Training, a proud veteran-owned Australian business built on over six years of service and commitment to safety excellence. As an Emergency Services Officer, qualified Trainer, and experienced Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) professional, Nathanael brings real-world knowledge and leadership to every course he delivers. Drawing from his frontline and military background, he specialises in First Aid and CPR, Chemical Handling, Weed and Pest Management, and Work Health and Safety compliance training, ensuring each program is engaging, compliant, and relevant to real workplace risks.
Passionate about empowering people to respond confidently when every second counts, Nathanael leads Inspired Safety and Training in providing nationally recognised courses and tailored WHS consulting services across Australia. His focus is on building safer, more resilient workplaces through practical, hands-on learning and expert guidance. From families learning baby first aid to organisations developing strong safety systems, Nathanael’s mission is to make safety education accessible, impactful, and life-saving.

Sophie Pickett is the primary contact and lead First Aid Trainer at Inspired Safety and Training, delivering high-quality First Aid, Child Care First Aid, and CPR training across Australia. With a background in Employment Services, Sophie brings a people-focused approach to every session-ensuring learners feel supported, confident, and capable of responding effectively in emergencies. Her friendly and engaging teaching style makes complex safety skills accessible to everyone, from parents and educators to workplace teams.
In addition to her training role, Sophie plays a key part in the day-to-day operations of Inspired Safety and Training, managing communications, scheduling, and the company’s growing online store. Her organisational skills and customer-focused mindset ensure that every client receives exceptional service and seamless training experiences. Sophie’s dedication to helping others learn life-saving skills reflects the company’s mission to make safety education practical, empowering, and widely accessible.
