Training Booking Policy

Inspired Safety and Training reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule courses due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur a full refund and/or an opportunity to reschedule (without penalty) will be offered.

Inspired Safety and Training reserves the right to change course fees, dates, trainers, or method of presentation at its discretion.

Inspired Safety and Training take responsibility and follow processes to ensure our training and assessment practices comply with the National Vocational Education and Training Act and Training Regulator Act 2011.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure a place on an upcoming course. These deposits are non-refundable and will be charge under the bellow circumstances:

• Courses valued at $1000 or greater require a 10% deposit of the total amount of the course fees.
• Courses valued at $1000 or lower require a 0% deposit of the total amount of the course fees

To secure your place in any Inspired Safety and Training course, all course fees must be paid in full prior to the course commencement date. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

Please note the following conditions:

• Payment: All course fees must be paid before the course begins. Unpaid participants will not be permitted to attend training.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made after booking are non-refundable.
• No-Shows: If you fail to attend a course without prior notice, your fee will be forfeited.
• Rescheduling: In the event you cannot attend your scheduled course, you may reschedule to another available date at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the course start time.
