The HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid Training course provides you with the practical skills and knowledge required to recognise and respond to life-threatening emergencies including providing CPR, managing the incident and casualties in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines, until the arrival of medical or other assistance. this course also includes HLTAID010 - Provide basic emergency life support.
This programme also meets the requirements of Safe Work Australia Code of Practice for First Aid, which recommends that first aid skills are refreshed every 3 years with CPR skills being renewed every 12 months.

Babies under the age of one are welcome at our public courses. If you have a child over the age of one we would encourage you to book a private in home session or arrange childcare.
We have a dedicated play space for your little ones as well as a changing station and toys! We stock our nappy caddy with huggies nappies and wipes so you don't have to miss out on any training!

Participants will learn how to conduct standard in-service safety inspection with the necessary knowledge and skills to test portable electrical equipment, including appliances, cords, plugs and sockets, in accordance with Australian Standard AS3760.
This unit covers safety testing of electrical cord connected equipment and cord assemblies. It will provide participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to work safely using a portable apparatus tester, identify safe and unsafe cords and apparatus, identify faults, applying tagging, arranging for repair of faulty equipment and complete testing documentation.

This course set will provide you with the knowledge and skills to assess weed infestations, plan, coordinate and implement weed control activities using appropriate integrated pest management strategies. Individuals will also be taught how to monitor the effectiveness of the weed control measures and identify any adverse impact on non-target species.
This includes conducting a site assessment and developing a weed control management plan to provide an effective and economically viable strategy whilst minimising damage to the environment, as well as monitoring, recording and reporting on the effectiveness of the controls.
