INSPIRED TRAINING

Inspired Safety and Training  was founded with a clear vision - to empower individuals, families, and workplaces with the skills, confidence, and support they need to create safer, healthier, and more fulfilling futures. Built from real experience in emergency response, community services, disability care, training, and family life, our organisation is grounded in compassion, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact.

The Inspired Collective began when Nathanael and Sophie combined their diverse professional backgrounds and shared passion for helping others. With Nathanael’s extensive military career, his experience as an Emergency Services Officer, and his commitment to community safety - alongside Sophie’s strong background in employment services, disability care, and childcare - the vision naturally evolved into a collective focused on education, wellbeing, and personal growth.

What started as a small training initiative has grown into a trusted provider of accredited training, workplace safety support, wellbeing programs, and counselling services. Our philosophy is simple: real training, real support, real impact
