Our Baby Talk: First Aid and CPR Information session is $90 PP.

One time investment for a lifetime of knowledge.

All fees will be paid prior to the commencement of training unless prior arrangements are made with Inspired Safety and Training.

Staying Calm in a Crisis

• How to manage your own stress response
• Communicating with emergency services
• Creating a safer environment at home

Babies under the age of one are welcome at our public courses. If you have a child over the age of one we would encourage you to book a private in home session or arrange childcare.

We have a dedicated play space for your little ones as well as a changing station and toys! We stock our nappy caddy with huggies nappies and wipes so you don't have to miss out on any training!

Please note we host a breastfeeding friendly space.

Minimum of 4 people for in home session.

Yes- Even we cant go 3 hours without a coffee refill! There will be a 10 minute break in the middle of the session.

Absolutely! We have state of the art Manakins, Anti-choking devices and first aid kits that we welcome you to practice and get familiar with. 

We will be able to answer any questions and make personal adjustments if required.

Please note there is no formal assessment or requirement to perform CPR.

Our training is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills. Although we are thorough in our training sometimes we also need a refresher. We offer refresher training, Starting solids course and lifetime access to our free resources and fact sheets you can take home on the day!
